Brenda was born in Toronto, Ontario and raised in North York with her family. After completing secondary school Brenda enjoyed many travel experiences and then settled into the health care profession caring for 'at risk' children and adolescents as a Youth Worker.
Later, Brenda married and enjoyed raising her three children, and worked as a 'stay at home' Mom, in Etobicoke and later Caledon (where she resides now). During this time she discovered her passion for community work and volunteered at her children's schools and various local organizations. Her love for helping others and organizing was always evident during her community projects.
